You used to open tickets using Zendesk for reporting problems with CMC. The option to open tickets via Zendesk is disabled. Instead, you now can contact IBM Support to report any problems or issues with CMC using the IBM Support Portal.
Steps to be followed to open a ticket to report CMC issues :
1. Click on the IBM Support (
) button from the CMC dashboard. which will open link : https://www.ibm.com/mysupport
2. In the "Support Cases" section, click on the button "Open a Case".
3. Login using your IBM ID authentication.
4. Enter the desired subject in the "Title" section. Enter "CMC" or "Cloud Management Console" in the "Product" section. Select appropriate severity based on the business impact. Provide complete information on the issue seen in the CMC portal in the "Description" section.
5. You could also upload the screen shots of the panel where you see the issues.
6. Select preferred language for communication. If you want team members to to get notification or updates, add their IBM IDs. Click on "Submit Case" and an IBM Support engineer will get back to you shortly.
