The following updates have been made in this release:
- To achieve sharing of resources between the systems in the pool, set a monthly budget to be more than zero. If the budget is set to zero, EP 2.0 considers that budget to already be met and will throttle all the systems gradually to their base over a period of 4 days, disallowing resource sharing between systems.
