Static IP address support for CMC

When using CMC url (https://xxxx-powercloud.mybluemix.net/) , the IP address keeps changing.

When the customer's firewall opens the HMC as outbound, "Any IP" cannot be used and only the static IP can be opened.

Can customer use a static IP when customer use CMC?
