The following update has been made in this hotfix:
For “In-App Notifications,” the sender identify has changed from "support@ibmcmc.zendesk.com" to "cmcntfy@us.ibm.com." You may need to make changes in your environment if you have made accommodations for the previous sender identity.
It is recommended that you perform a test email to confirm the receipt of the message from the new sender identity, and to ensure that it is not blocked by your email system.
To do this,
- Click the Notifications (
) icon.
- Select the app.
- Click the Settings (
) icon.
- On the In-App Notification page, enter your email address and click Test Email and Text.
